44846 arrives at Meir Station with the Crewe Works train from Crewe to Cresswell in September 1965. This train was run for the benefit of Crewe works employees living in the Stoke area and was a steam turn after introduction of DMU's on this line - a colour photo that so far as I know has not been seen before, by Dave Donkin from the Foxfield Railway
